Cruisin'

Here is a little creation that could be used for a get well, birthday, or cheer up card.

I love easel cards and had not tried the "twisted easel" yet, so this is my first attempt.

My card is 5.5 x 6 - where it should actually be 5.5 x 5.5 - thus the extra 1/2" that shows on the left when it is opened.

I used the GP cart for the cuts, the sentiments are computer generated, and the corners were rounded with a corner punch.

The background was matted 3 times with the white mat being embossed with the curls CB foler, while

the ship was embossed with the swiss dots CB folder.

The sentiment, sun, ship, and waves were popped for dimension; and some extra waves were added for more zip.

Some finishing touches by adding buttons and popping the inside sentiment,

and VOILA!! 

What a cute card that could be used for different occasions.
